**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Effectively communicate promotions, discounts, and other relevant information to generate interest.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing activities.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and secure customer commitments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and objections.
- **Data Management**:

- Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Document details of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on call activity, leads, and sales results.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and market insights.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent English language communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
