Job Summary

Link for Loans Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Telemarketer Team Lead with strong leadership skills and experience in the bank loan sector. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team of telemarketers, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective customer communication to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Guide the team in promoting various bank loan products (personal, home, business, etc.).
• Monitor call performance and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure service quality.
• Track team productivity, maintain lead records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to align team efforts with company goals.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new telemarketing team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience leading a telemarketing team, preferably in the bank loan or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of loan products and customer eligibility criteria.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Good computer and CRM handling skills.
• Preference: Female candidates.

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
