JOB SUMMARY

Link for Loans Distribution Pvt Ltd is a leading Direct Selling Agent (DSA) with two decades of expertise in the financial sector. We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our loans division in Kayamkulam. The ideal candidate will support our sales team in managing customer interactions, coordinating loan applications, and ensuring smooth processing of all loan products. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a keen interest in financial services.

Job role of Sales Co-ordinator

Coordination & Communication ∙Coordinate with the Sales Team and Banks/NBFCs for all car loan–related activities. ∙Ensure smooth communication between customers, sales executives, and bank representatives.

Sales – HDFC (End-to-End Process) ∙Perform HDFC application login through idloss for all customers. ∙Fill and submit all required forms and documentation accurately. ∙Complete the DISP process through bank visits and ensure timely follow-up.

Kuwy Platform ∙Log in to Kuwy for processing login & disp-related applications. ∙Update and monitor application status through the platform. Banking Validation / Average Check ∙Verify customer banking details to ensure eligibility and compliance. ∙Validate account averages and transaction history as per lender requirements. ∙Maintain accuracy and consistency across all financial verification reports.

Operations

HDFC – New Car Invoice & Registration Number Updation ∙Update new car invoice details and vehicle registration numbers in the HDFC system. ∙Ensure accuracy and timely completion of data entry for each case. Car Sales Intranet Updation ∙Record and update sales details, customer information, and vehicle data in the company intranet. ∙Verify all entries for consistency and completeness. Login DISP Register ∙Maintain a daily DISP login register for tracking and reference. ∙Record application details, follow-ups, and status updates for all logged-in files.

Customer Care Customer Digi Link ∙

Manage and share customer digital links for document collection, verification, or customer communication. ∙Ensure links are shared securely and promptly to support smooth processing of applications.

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
