- Lead the development and execution of testing plans to ensure new implementations and updates meet functional and performance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, features, and best practices to leverage new technologies and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies within all ServiceNow developments and integrations.
- Document all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations, maintaining clear and comprehensive records for future reference and audits.
