**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer cum Quality Control professional to join our Bespoke Customization team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our garments while collaborating with designers and production for a seamless workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks using order forms, meticulously verifying every garment against specified details like fabric, measurements, and absence of stains.
- Approve garments that meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Train and mentor employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with designers to ensure design intent translates flawlessly into the final product.
- Maintain clear communication with production to address any quality concerns and ensure timely delivery.
- Experience with both Men's and Women's wear is highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:
*Graduation from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) or a renowned design institute.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in bespoke clothing customization.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Availability to join immediately.
