**Job summary**

The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision of Site Activities**: Monitor and oversee all onsite activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- **Progress Reporting**: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any potential issues.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all construction work adheres to industry standards and project specifications through regular inspections and quality checks.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to avoid project delays.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-8 years of experience in civil site supervision within the industrial or real estate sector.
- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with industrial Shed / PEB will be preferred or large-scale real estate projects
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
