We are VideoSpaze Creative Agency, a start-up company that specializes in producing high-quality videos for various purposes. We are looking for an outbound sales agent who can help us grow our business and reach new customers.

As an outbound sales agent, you will be responsible for:

- Cold calling potential customers and generating interest in our video services
- Finding leads and prospects through various channels such as social media, referrals, online platforms, etc.
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Reporting and tracking sales activities and performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the video industry or related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Dedicated, disciplined, and obedient personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Knowledge of video production and marketing is a plus

We offer:

- No fixed salary, but attractive commission-based compensation
- 10% commission up to Rs.100000 sales
- 7.5% commission up to Rs. 200000 sales
- 6.5% commission up to Rs. 300000 sales
- Flexible working hours and location
- Opportunity to work with a creative and dynamic team

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,807.47 per month

- Up to 20% travel
