Our Opening and Your Responsibilities **Role** - Resolving Outstanding Invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customer - Control overdue ageing of outstanding invoices. - Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms. - Sending reminders to customer to avoid payment delays. - Resolving unapplied credit items on US customer's account by contacting - Ensuring monthly progress by resolving substantial amount. - Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time - Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues - are resolved immediately. - Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's. What You Need to Succeed **Educational Qualification** **Technical Skills** - 3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections. - SAP knowledge will be preferred. - Telephonic skills should be excellent. **Soft Skills** - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) - Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes. **Shift Timings** - Shift time would be 5:30PM to 2:30AM Our Offer to You - "One Team" that thrives on collaboration and innovation - Opportunities to work with Global teams - An open, fair and inclusive environment - Multitude of learning and growth opportunities - A brand name that is identified worldwide with precision, quality, and innovation.
