We require Minimum 5 to 7 years Experience in same field of Hospitality/Hotels/Resorts sectors.

Focus:
Preparing and cooking delicious Continental dishes with precision and consistency.

Ensuring accurate flavours and techniques specific to Continental cuisine.

Maintaining high standards for food presentation and plating.

Key Responsibilities:
PRESENTATION:
1. Place for assigned Continental dishes, including prepping ingredients, marinades, and sauces.

2. Adhering to recipes and maintaining consistent quality and taste.

3. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the designated cooking station.

COOKING:
1. Mastering various Continental cooking techniques like grilling, sauteing, poaching, and baking.

2. Cooking assigned dishes to perfection, ensuring proper doneness and temperature control.

3. Working efficiently within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

PLATING AND PRESENTATION:
1. Creating visually appealing and appetizing presentations for Continental dishes.

2. Paying attention to details like garnishes, plating styles, and portion sizes.

3. Ensuring plating adheres to restaurant standards and brand image.

HYGINEN AND SAFETY:
1. Following all food safety and hygiene protocols.

2. Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation.

3. Practicing safe handling of food and equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:
May contribute to recipe development or modification for Continental dishes.

Assisting other cooks in the kitchen as needed.

Maintaining knowledge of seasonal ingredients and incorporating them into Continental dishes.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
PUC/Degree in Hotel management/ Catering technology and Culinary arts(BCTCA)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
