Receptionist, Telecaller

telecaller is a company representative who communicates with customers over the phone to generate sales or provide customer service. They may work in a business process outsourcing (BPO) setting. Responsibilities Generate leads: Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing customers to generate sales Answer customer questions: Address customer queries and resolve complaints Promote products or services: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services Close sales: Deliver a sales pitch and ask for orders Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions Route leads: Direct leads to the relevant department for further action Retain customers: Help customers who are dissatisfied with products or services Skills Communication: Excellent communication skills, including active listening and voice modulation Language proficiency: Ability to speak and understand the language of the customers Script adherence: Ability to follow the required script Objection handling: Ability to address customer concerns and objections Telecallers can work in a variety of industries, including banking, to promote products or services to potential customers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
