**Key Role Responsibilities-Admin Officer**
**1**
Maintain and track inward and outward documentation. Maintain up-to-date filing of all documents in office.
**2**
Validate project details with Technical Department before billing.
**3**
Track the payment status and update to Business and Operations Head. Plan for payment collection.
**4**
Ensure cheques are deposited, details are recorded and accounting entries are passed on time.
**5**
Update and reconcile Bank statements, sundry debtors’ statement etc and provide updates to Senior Management.
**6**
Track and validate petty cash and provide monthly reports to Senior Management.
**7**
Process salary slips on monthly basis as per the process set with prior approval from Senior Management.
**8**
Support Technical Head / Operation Head in documentation for submission of Tender.
**9**
Renewal of Company licenses, Empanelment licenses, Directors’ personal licenses and bank facilities documents.
**10**
Update & maintain cost centres with budgets for projects.
**11**
Co-coordinating with Banks & Government bodies.
**12**
Updation of MIS Reports related to Accounts.
**13**
Provide support to Operations and Business Head as and when required during proposal submission/material delivery/tracking client details/payment follow-up etc.
**14**
Escalating/getting seniors involved where necessary to ensure client satisfaction, smooth operations and avoid unpleasant situations related to payment follow up.
**15**
Adhere to the company’s philosophy and policies at all times.
**16**
Efficiently manage other miscellaneous front office duties as and when required.
**17**
Monitoring cleaning and hygiene policies in office.
**18**
Planning Daily Tasks.
**19**
Developing New Products & Services, market research in the field of Survey.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
