**currently seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Outbound Sales Executives who are experienced in**

**working in the US shift will be given preference.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, effectively communicating the**

**benefits of our website design and development services.**

**Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our services to accurately explain product**

**features and advantages to prospective clients.**

**Lead Assessment: Evaluate and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and offering**

**tailored solutions.**

**Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to hesitant leads and convert them into**

**clients.**

**Follow-Up: Develop effective follow-up strategies to nurture potential clients and close**

**deals successfully.**

**Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships to encourage**

**repeat business and referrals.**

**Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales**

**strategies and achieve company sales targets.**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.**

**Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role is a plus.**

**Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.**

**Basic understanding of website design, digital marketing, and related services.**

**Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.**

**Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.**
