We create tailor-made tours that provide our clients with unique and memorable adventures. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Operator to join our team and manage our tour operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tour Planning and Coordination**:

- Design, plan, and organize tours that meet the interests and needs of our clients.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides.
- Create detailed itineraries and ensure all aspects of the tours are well-organized and executed.
- **Client Relations**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide clients with pre-tour information, support, and advice.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Booking and Reservations**:

- Handle all bookings and reservations for tours, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed and accurately documented.
- Manage any changes or cancellations efficiently.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for each tour.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and financial transactions related to tour operations.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of tours.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tours.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend travel fairs and industry events to promote Edwin Tour Services.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all tours comply with local and international regulations and standards.
- Maintain high standards of safety and security for all tour participants.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and other staff involved in the tours.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tour operator or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant travel booking software.
- Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,792.10 per month
