**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.

**Campaign Development**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for university courses and Careerera courses, including online and offline channels.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including academic departments, sales, and product development, to align marketing strategies with course offerings.

**Lead Generation**: Generate high-quality leads and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into enrollments.

**Events and Webinars**: Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and events to showcase our skills.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to refine strategies for optimal results.

**Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.

**Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential students, providing excellent customer support and guidance.

**Market Expansion**: Identify opportunities for expanding into new markets and developing new skills to meet evolving demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
