Dolomite Supply
Coordinate excavation and transporting activities for timely supply of right quality and quantity of Dolomite from mines as per the requirement of plant
- Plan for selection of the benches get the quality tested of the material.
- Organise for operation of HEMM
- Take corrective action on deviation in quality &quantity
- Effective Mixing of benches to maintain quality of limestone

Mine Development
Coordinate the excavation operation to create fences, roads and benches, as per the overall mine development plan, fulfilling statutory requirements at mines.
- Preparation of work allocation Plan
- Deployment of Man and machineries as per plan
- Preparation of approach road at proper gradient to face
- Drilling, Blasting & Waste removal for bench preparation.

Cost and Productivity
Monitor &take corrective actions in achieving productivity to optimize mining cost at mines.
- Effective supervision of contractual working
- Eliminate the wasteful operation
- Identify new methods to reduce blasting cost
- Increase recovery of Dolomite from Mines
- Proper Mine planning, Mineral conservation

Overburden Removal
Coordinate the removal of overburden over the mines surface, as per the mining plan to make surface available for drilling and blasting.
- Yearly planning of waste removal in pit wise and monthly work allocation to contractor as per Mining plan
- Monthly analysis regarding waste removal with accounts Dept.
- Ensure implementation of corrective actions.

Safety
Ensure safe operation of all the equipments and comply with statutory requirements.
- Allocate equipment operation as per job and skill.
- Implement rules and regulations for safe working. Educate & motivate worker for safe operation.

Statutory Compliance
Compliance of statutory requirement related to mines operation, like, safety standards, blasting norms, explosives storage, environment
- Payments of Royalty etc.
- Arrange resources for safety of mining peoples
- Ensure compliance related to environment.
- Maintenance of statutory records

Experience of working in mechanized opencast limestone mines, Mines costing, Mines Safety standard implementation, Explosives management.

Expertise in Mines Operation, drilling and blasting, Mines costing, Mines Safety standards, Mines Audits, WCM, Statutory compliance.

Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft office, Mine Planning.
