Business Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Business Coordinator** to support the operational and administrative functions of our organization. This role acts as a key point of contact between departments, helps manage schedules, tracks business activities, and ensures projects and daily operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily business operations across departments
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain and update internal documentation, records, and reports
- Support finance and budgeting processes (e.g., expense tracking, invoice processing)
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Zoom)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
