**Job Title**: Business Transformation Project Coordinator (ILA)
**Location**:Delhi Aero city Metro Station (Hybrid)**
**Contract Duration**:12 months**
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Support**
- Assist the **lead Project Manager** in planning, executing, and delivering business transformation projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate **cross-functional teams** to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
**Stakeholder & Change Management**
- Support the **lead Project Manager** in collaborating with senior management, department heads, and key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Assist the **Change Manager** in drafting stakeholder communications and implementing strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.
**Budget & Documentation**
- Support the **lead Project Manager** in tracking **project budgets**, expenses, and financial accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive **project documentation**, including project plans, schedules, risk logs, and change requests.
**Internal Business Transformation Support**
- Manage weekly processes such as team status updates, quality management approaches, and sponsor meetings.
- Handle **ad hoc requests** from the Business Transformation leadership team.
**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- **2-4 years** of experience in **project coordination** or a similar role within a **global corporate organization** and **multicurrency environment**.
- Proficiency in **project management tools** (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, Mural, Teams, Visio).
- Strong expertise in **Power BI & Power Query** for **data visualization and reporting**.
- Ability to work effectively in **cross-functional and virtual environments**.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to engage persuasively across professional groups.
- **Willingness to work in the UK time zone.**:
- **Its a 12 months contract role.**:
