Job Title: BTL Executive

Location: Dwarka, Sector 13 (Near Radisson Blu)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years in BTL marketing or field activations

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Rotational)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working mandatory, 1 rotational weekly off)

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive BTL Executive to lead on-ground marketing initiatives. The role

involves executing activations in residential societies and colleges to enhance brand visibility

and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute society and college activations.
- Organize screening events and manage on-site setups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign execution.
- Collect feedback and provide insights for campaign improvement.
- Prior experience in BTL marketing, activations, or field sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork logistics.
- Willingness to work on Sundays and travel locally as required.
- Sales Experience: Although some businesses may employ junior sales executives, relevant sales experience is usually preferable
- Customer-focused Strategy: Sales executives must be able to comprehend customer needs and adjust their sales strategy as necessary
- Negotiation Abilities: Sales executives need to be able to close deals and solve problems that may arise during the sale
- Skills for Problem-solving: Sales executives need to recognise and address problems that can arise when conducting sales
- Technical Knowledge and Skill: Strong product knowledge is required for sales executives to properly convey and convince customers of the features and benefits of the commodities they are offering
