**Designation: Sales Executive**

1. Develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories

2. Establish and Execute sales objective through sales process.

3. Implement sales programs by developing action plans and reviewing sale performance

4. Maintain sales volume, and can adapt to changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

5. Establish and adjust ticket size by monitoring costs, competitors, and availability indicators

6. Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and holding meetings and regular follow-ups

7. Hire sales staff through regular recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training

8. Employ sales-focused resources to ensure quotas are consistently met

9. Project expected sales volume and profit for new and existing products

**Key skills for Senior Sales Manager**:
1.Strong communication and presentation skills
2.The ability to influence and negotiate with others
3.The ability to think creatively and strategically
4.Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets

**Job requirement**: MBA/ PGDM, Any Graduate. Any Postgraduate.
