**Job Title**:Event Coordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Planning & Design**:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for the event.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules that align with client objectives.
- Coordinate event timelines, ensuring all details are planned and executed efficiently.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Source and negotiate with vendors (caterers, florists, AV technicians, entertainers, etc.).
- Ensure vendors meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Oversee contracts and payments to vendors.
- **Logistics Coordination**:
- Manage event logistics, including transportation, venue setup, and breakdown.
- Ensure proper equipment and supplies are available for the event.
- Oversee the registration process for attendees, if applicable.
- **Budgeting**:
- Work within the established budget and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Track expenses and keep records of payments, invoices, and receipts.
- **On-Site Management**:
- Supervise event setup and tear-down.
- Coordinate staff and volunteers for the event, providing instructions and oversight.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise on event day, ensuring smooth operation.
- **Client Communication**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after the event.
- Provide regular updates and respond to client inquiries.
- **Marketing & Promotion** (if applicable):
- Assist with event marketing efforts such as invitations, social media promotion, and flyers.
- Handle event publicity, including media outreach and post-event press releases.
**Qualifications**:bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning and relevant field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
