Job Description: Sales Representative

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat
**Working Hours**: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in USA, UK, and Canada to promote products/services and generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs within specified timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Manage leads through CRM systems and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position the company's services effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in international markets (USA, UK, and Canada).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral accent for international clients.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to international time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
