**Job Details**:
**The Responsibilities of the Sales Executive - Sales & Distribution Management**

To assist ASM to driving business & ensure desired depth and width of coverage. Increase the Market share & ROI for all stake holder.

**Manage the Sales & Distribution**
- **Identify, recruit and on-board team, financially strong reliable Super Stockiest, Distributors resulting indeeper market penetration and reach.**:

- **Ensure Distributor compliance with Distributor agreements, Distributor profile, and empanelment details.**:

- **Effective planning of promotion & brand level width & depth Distribution**:

- **Educate Distributors about product portfolio and services offered.**:

- **Manage ATL & BTL and marketing activities to generate trails and revenue.**:

- **Review the operational performance of the distributors.**:

- **Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.**:

- **Arrange and address sales and Distributor conferences.**:

- **Keep close watch on developments in competitor activities.**:

- **Execution of companies strategies in the market.**:

- **Visibility and availability in every store.**

**Team Management**:

- Plan and assign goals and tasks to the salesman team.
- Train, motivate and guide the sales man team.
- Evaluate performance at salesman level, guide and coach them with OJT..
- Proper beat structuring and ensuring timely supplies in the market.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Shift:

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Field sales: 4 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
