Job Title: Front Office Executive - Food Delivery App
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and provide updates to customers.
2. User Experience:
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the app's user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement changes and enhance the overall user experience.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by suggesting new features and improvements.
3. Delivery Partner Management:
- Establish and maintain open communication with delivery partners, addressing their concerns and providing support.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Ensure delivery partners adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new front office team members.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software.
- Familiarity with food delivery apps and the industry is a plus.
