Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the gold loan branch ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Process gold loan applications including verification of documents valuation of gold and disbursement of loans Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements RBI KYC AML guidelines Supervise the safe handling storage and appraisal of pledged gold as per company standards Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan disbursements repayments and gold valuation Conduct regular audits of gold stocks loan accounts and branch records to ensure accuracy and compliance Facilitate the timely recovery of loans and interest payments and provide guidance on repayment schedules to customers Coordinate with the branch manager and other departments to ensure optimal branch performance and customer satisfaction Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and resolving issues efficiently Assist in marketing activities to promote gold loan products and increase branch business Supervise and train branch staff on operational procedures customer service and compliance regulations Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field Previous experience in gold loan operations or financial services is highly preferred Strong understanding of gold loan products documentation and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage cash flow and daily transactions efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of KYC AML and other regulatory guidelines in the financial sector Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and branch management software Additional Requirements Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Previous experience in a branch operations or supervisory role is an advantage Basic understanding of loan recovery and risk management processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 200 60 - 15 899 41 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
