About the Role

This is not a “support” role.
This is a **zero-to-one builder internship** for someone who wants to work directly with the founder across everything — operations, marketing, client work, systems, and more.

You’ll get a front-row seat to how a creative tech + ecommerce agency is built from scratch, and your work will directly impact delivery speed, culture, and quality.

If you’re sharp, fast, and hungry — this could be your shortcut into the world of high-leverage thinking and business building.

What You’ll Do
- Shadow the founder on all projects and convert thoughts into execution
- Coordinate daily across teams (dev, design, marketing) to keep things moving
- Assist in writing briefs, setting up systems, and tracking delivery across clients
- Handle messy but critical problems — vendors, follow-ups, files, and fires
- Join client meetings, take notes, turn them into tasks and timelines
- Push creative energy into our social, internal content, and culture
- Think, write, plan, and ship like it’s your business too

- Can Google anything, ask smart questions, and figure out the rest
- Have done side projects, built things, written online, or taken initiative in the past

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
