**Job Title: BSA L3 Automation Specialist**

**Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly skilled BSA L3 Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our automation and AI-driven solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a BSA L3 Automation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of defining product vision, driving development, and managing the product lifecycle to achieve strategic objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Define Product Vision & Strategy**: Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate and communicate the vision and strategy for automation and AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- **Lead Product Development**: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to drive the ideation, technical development, and successful launch of innovative products.
- **Gather & Prioritize Requirements**: Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements to shape the product roadmap, ensuring features align with business objectives and customer needs.
- **Create User Stories & Requirements**: Develop detailed user stories and define product requirements for new features, enhancements, and improvements to the product suite.
- **Manage Product Lifecycle**: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and inform the product strategy and direction.
- **Collaborate on Data-Driven Solutions**: Identify opportunities for leveraging company data and analytics to drive innovative business solutions.
- **Monitor Product Performance**: Track product performance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze metrics to drive continuous product improvements and inform future development.
- **Act as Product Evangelist**: Promote product understanding and adoption across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in on product features and benefits.
- **Lead & Mentor Team**: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive successful product outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in product management or business systems analysis, with a focus on automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in supporting the development of AI models and an understanding of machine learning algorithms.
- Proven ability to create user-centric products that address complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and presentation.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with product management tools such as Aha, JIRA, or ProductPlan.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies.
