**Responsibilities**:
**CCH Newsletters**:
- Download, save, and forward newsletters to relevant staff members.
**Client Feedback Surveys**:
- Send feedback surveys to clients, ensuring timely collection of responses.
**Finance Support**:
- Enter commission details on deals for the Finance team.
- Record deals in HubSpot, capturing referral base for future analysis.
**HubSpot Management**:
- Maintain contacts in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
**ATO Letters**:
- Save documents in the respective folders of K / N Drive.
**ICA & ITA Statements**:
- Download ICA & ITA Statements for reference and record-keeping.
**Marketing Activities**:
- Design, edit, and format marketing materials using Canva.
- Assist in various marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
**Adhoc Client Activities**:
- Handle ad-hoc activities from clients efficiently and effectively.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- 2-3 years of experience in administration and below mentioned skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using tools like Canva, HubSpot, and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in administrative roles or similar responsibilities is preferred.
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
