Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Onboard new clients and conduct product demonstrations.

Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:

- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's payroll, website, software, and ERP solutions.
- Understand clients' specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate the benefits and features of the company's solutions to close sales.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
- Provide post-sales support and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales activities and report regularly to management.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve products.

Skills & Qualifications:Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, ERP systems, payroll services, or website/software development.

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, payroll, and ERP systems.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly learn in a dynamic industry.
