Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products at scale.
- Domain: Prior experience in US Federal / State Health and Human Services (HHS) based projects (Child/Family Welfare, SNAP, TANF, Other SLED programs) or US Healthcare ecosystem projects (Payer, Provider, Medicare/Medicaid)
- Skills: Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, preferably in a US government context. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Software Engineering: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities and mentoring junior product managers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Productboard, Miro or similar.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
