
Client Relationship Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist in driving sales by upselling or cross-selling services/products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on account status.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities with existing clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in Client Servicing, Client Relations, or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach.
- Graduate (preferred) or Diploma holder.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
