- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff on skin care treatments, spa therapies, and wellness services.

- Diploma/Certification in Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Management from a recognized institute.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Skin & Spa Trainer / Senior Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of facial treatments, advanced skin care, body spa therapies, and wellness services.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in spa and salon environments.
- Flexibility to travel and conduct training across multiple locations (if required).
