**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform a range of professional skincare treatments, including:
- Facials (deep cleansing, anti-aging, acne, etc.)
- Chemical peels and microdermabrasion
- Waxing and hair removal (body and facial)
- Dermaplaning, extractions, and exfoliation
- LED light therapy and other advanced treatments (if trained/certified)
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analysis
- Develop and recommend personalized skincare regimens
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, tools, and trends
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Promote and upsell skincare products and services
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-up recommendations
- Comply with all state licensing laws, regulations, and company protocols
**Qualifications**:
- Valid and active state license in aesthetics (Esthetician or Cosmetology License required)
- Minimum [X] years of experience in skincare or spa services preferred
- Certification in advanced treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lasers) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain a professional, calm, and friendly demeanor
- Sales experience in skincare products is a plus
