You have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 4 years experience in digital. You thrive on collaboration, demonstrate proactivity and leadership, manage your time and priorities with ease, enjoy learning new things, and can execute to a very high standard.

In short: You’re a motivated designer, armed with UX and interaction design skills, capable of operating at a high level.

As a Digital Designer, your expertise will help shape the experiences we create across websites, apps and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design practical, user-centred digital experiences using modern design tools and methodologies, prioritising usability, accessibility and systems thinking.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, writers, managers, clients and users to create world-class digital experiences.
- Work closely with our Creative Director on design, strategy and product development. An ability to give and take constructive feedback is essential.
- Take responsibility for UX and design strategy, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients and their audiences through evidence-based best practice design decisions.
- Conduct user research activities and develop real-world UX strategies, independently and/or in collaboration with your teammates as needed.
- Use your excellent communication skills to share your knowledge with other members of the team, contributing to the personal development of others as they contribute to yours.

**Requirements**:
We don’t expect you to have all these skills. But, if you have most of the experience and are smart and eager to learn the rest, we are happy to have you on-board.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a digital designer
- A portfolio of work demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a high level of understanding of design and UX fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team
- Experience with modern design tools & techniques
