**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on **Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Aptitude** modules.
- Design, update, and improve course materials, practice sets, and mock tests.
- Conduct individual and group sessions to enhance students’ problem-solving speed and accuracy.
- Research current patterns of **competitive and entrance exams**.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment to encourage active learning.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align training outcomes with institutional goals.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent fluency in **spoken and written English**.
- Strong command over **quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability**.
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to design data-driven learning content.
- Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital teaching platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably Mathematics, Statistics, English, or Engineering).
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** as an aptitude trainer or academic mentor.
- Experience in training for Competitive exams.
