Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Aptitude modules.
• Design, update, and improve course materials, practice sets, and mock tests.
• Conduct individual and group sessions to enhance students' problem-solving speed and accuracy.
• Research current patterns of competitive and entrance exams.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment to encourage active learning.
• Collaborate with academic teams to align training outcomes with institutional goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
• Research-oriented mindset with the ability to design data-driven learning content.
• Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital teaching platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably Mathematics, Statistics, English, or Engineering).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an aptitude trainer or academic mentor.
• Experience in training for Competitive exams.
