**Job Title: Aptitude Trainer**

**Work Location - SONA College of Technology, Salem Tamilnadu**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Customized Problem Solving**:
Tailor training sessions to address specific problem-solving challenges encountered in aptitude tests, including those unique to various companies.

**Aptitude Techniques Instruction**:
Teach students effective aptitude techniques, including tricks and shortcuts, to enhance their problem-solving speed and accuracy.

**Assessment Preparation**:
**Student Engagement**:
Foster a positive learning environment through engaging and interactive teaching methods, encouraging active participation and critical thinking among students.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any Engineering discipline / Master’s degree in Mathematics
- **Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience** in aptitude training with a high focus on quantitative

and logical problem-solving.

**Preferred skills**:

- Expertise in Company-Specific Problem Solving.
- Be able to analyze data and information related to aptitude problems.
- Design and update curriculum content focusing on quantitative and logical aptitude.
- Create and maintain a repository of high-quality study materials, practice tests, and reference guides to support effective learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (required)
