**Training Period**:1 to 3 months

Brandikonic is a dynamic creative agency based in Surat, known for building iconic brand identities that stand out. We offer complete branding solutions including logo design, packaging, social media, brochures, and UI/UX design — for both Indian and international clients.**Responsibilities**:
Design unique and meaningful logos aligned with brand strategy

Develop market-ready packaging designs with an understanding of product positioning

Create brochures, catalogs, and other promotional materials

Build consistent social media branding and post designs for client accounts

Contribute to user-friendly UI/UX design for web and mobile interfaces

Handle client communication, especially with international clients and freelancers

Ensure delivery of high-quality, timely designs across all projects

Collaborate with internal teams and follow feedback loops efficiently
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in brand design (agency or freelance) - No freshers

Proven track record of working with international or freelance clients

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or Figma)

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital design & UI/UX

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and market trends

Excellent communication skills, time management, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
**Qualifications**:
Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Experience working on foreign client projects via freelance platforms or direct contracts is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
