Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and Create Designs: Develop innovative design concepts for digital and print materials including brochures, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand’s message. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions. - Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design. - Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences and provide creative direction and feedback throughout the design process. - Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and ensure they meet project objectives. - Production Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials, ensuring quality and accuracy of the final products. - Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast paced corporate environment or creative agency. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and solutions. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with cross functional teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Experience with Motion Graphics: Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is an advantage. - User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of UX design principles and experience creating user-friendly interfaces. - Brand Development: Experience in developing and maintaining brand identities.
