We are looking for

**Procurement Associate Buyer**

at one of our locations of **One Mobility Group** in** Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)**

**Your tasks**:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

- Purchasing Request, Purchasing Order´s and Price Change process management based on given rules if applicable
- Monitoring and tracking of special orders in quantity and time
- Invoice checking and handling
- Creation and maintenance of Master data in ERP-Systems à Betti (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools (e.g. Ivoflow Qlik, Action List)
- RFQ Management based on given rules (e.g. Process & tracking, checking for completeness, creating initial quotation comparison based on specified standards, benchmarks)
- Support of commodity procurement (system analysis, evaluation, preparation, travel, organization)
- Support of the global organization in procurement request like conflict materials
- Document exchange with supplier (e.g, Specifications, Drawings etc.)
- General Procurement office organization (Filing, appointment planning, organization of business travel and meetings, general correspondence with suppliers,..)
- Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent business knowledge
- Experience in Procurement
- Supplier and Internal communication
- 2-3 Years of Experience in automotive industry
