We are looking for

Procurement Associate Buyer (Global Purchase)

at one of our locations of One Mobility Group in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

  • Purchasing Request, Purchasing Order´s and Price Change process management based on given rules if applicable
  • Monitoring and tracking of special orders in quantity and time
  • Invoice checking and handling
  • Creation and maintenance of Master data in ERP-Systems
  • RFQ Management based on given rules (e.g. Process & tracking, checking for completeness, creating initial quotation comparison based on specified standards, benchmarks)
  • Document exchange with supplier (e.g, Specifications, Drawings etc.)
  • Supplier and internal communication
  • General Procurement office organization (Filing, appointment planning, organization of business travel and meetings, general correspondence with suppliers,..)
  • Support of commodity procurement (system analysis, evaluation, preparation, travel, organization)
  • Support of the global organization in procurement request like conflict materials

  • Supplier communication.

  • Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration,

  • Experience in Procurement
  • Experience in Automotive industry.
  • Should be skilled at written & verbal communication
  • New operator training and updating skill matrix.
  • Production/Electrical/Electronics
  • Experience in production of wire harness processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
  • Years of Experience 2-4 Years
