Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Client Handling
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly.
- Guide clients regarding services, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes.
2. Administrative & Managerial Tasks
- Supervise daily clinic operations and staff coordination.
- Maintain patient records and treatment logs.
- Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized (inventory management).
- Manage billing, payments, and cash register reconciliation.
- Handle vendor coordination for clinic supplies.
3. Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
- Coordinate with social media teams for content and offers.
- Encourage client reviews and referrals.
4. Patient Experience & Follow-ups
- Ensure every patient has a pleasant and professional experience.
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages post-treatment for feedback.
- Handle minor concerns or escalate to the doctor when necessary.
5. Professionalism & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
- Support doctors and therapists during procedures when required (non-clinical support).
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality
- Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹10,111.02 - ₹24,323.14 per month
