**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies.

- Maintain strong client relationships by offering timely support and market insights.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by the company.
- Stay updated on stock market trends, financial news, and competitor activities.
- Assist clients in the onboarding process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of trades and client service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 month -3 years in sales, preferably in stockbroking, financial services, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of stock markets, equity trading, and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
