**Position**: Guest Relation Executive Or Operations Supervisor

**Salary**: 20k-25k pm

**Location**: Gandipet, Kokapet, Telangana 500075

**Qualification**: Any Degree

**Experience**: 1-3 years.

**Interview Mode**:Face to Face,

**Job Timing**: 12 pm to 9 pm.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience handling guest inquiries, billing and maintaining the team schedule (shifts, week offs and work allocation).
- Should understand the concerns of guests and handle them in polite way and convince them without any disturbances.
- Need to be good in communicating English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Should have basic knowledge and work in MS Office and prepare sales reports and other presentations.
- Responsibilities should be his/her high priority.
- Should be flexible in work shift process and work in all roles.
