Job Title: Skills Trainer - Mechanical Faculty

Location:City Centre, G-Block, 2nd Floor, Matigara, Siliguri

**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance techniques.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training on mechanical tools, equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback for skill improvement.
- Ensure safety standards are followed during training sessions and in the work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methods into training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a mechanical technician or trainer in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and machinery.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
