We are currently looking for the role of **Research Engineer & Trainer** to join our company Smfo Aeronautics.

Key to this role is to be excellent learner and be able to take complex information and make it simple and easy to understand, using a variety of education techniques.

You are awesome if you have these skills:
1. C/C++

2. STEM training

3. Robotics

4. Arduino, RPI

5. An excellent Communicator, Both written and verbal.

6. Problem solving

7. Previous experience as trainer in STEM Education.

8. Done ITI electrical also

The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity the role holder will be expected to engage in on a day-to-day basis. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as the nature of our business requires all employees to be flexible, self-motivated and to think creatively when presented with challenges.
- Present lectures on technical and creative topics in an open, upbeat, engaging manner.
- Guide and coach schools’ kids in creating quality work.
- Challenge and encourage students to do better. Communicate effectively and proactively with the team members, seniors’ stakeholders in the department being trained and recruitment.
- Create and improve on documentation and written learning content.
