Job Title Trainer-Cabin Crew Location Siliguri India Experience Required - Minimum 1 year as Cabin Crew or Ground Staff in the aviation industry - Preferably 1 year of experience as an Aviation Trainer or in a training mentoring role within the aviation field Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Siliguri The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality training to aspiring aviation professionals including cabin crew and ground staff This role requires in-depth knowledge of aviation operations and excellent communication skills to effectively deliver course materials and ensure students are well-prepared for their future careers Key Responsibilities 1 Training Delivery - Conduct engaging and informative classroom and practical training sessions on aviation industry standards safety protocols and customer service skills - Facilitate training modules covering topics such as cabin crew duties ground handling procedures grooming standards communication skills and emergency protocols 2 Course Content Management - Develop and update training materials to reflect current industry practices regulations and technology advancements - Customize training content to meet individual learning needs and industry demands 3 Assessment and Evaluation - Assess trainee performance through written tests role plays and practical evaluations - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help trainees improve their skills and knowledge 4 Compliance and Safety - Ensure all training aligns with aviation safety regulations and industry standards - Promote a strong culture of safety and professionalism in all training activities 5 Mentorship and Support - Act as a mentor for trainees guiding them in developing both technical and soft skills - Provide support and career advice to help trainees succeed in the aviation field Required Skills - Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training material and connect with trainees - Interpersonal Skills Ability to motivate inspire and positively engage trainees - Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of aviation industry standards safety protocols and customer service expectations - Presentation Skills Proficient in delivering content in a clear engaging and professional manner - Adaptability Ability to customize training approaches based on different learning needs and industry updates - Professionalism A positive approachable and well-groomed demeanor that sets an example for trainees Educational Requirements - Bachelor s degree or diploma in aviation hospitality or related fields is preferred Additional Requirements - Willingness to relocate or commute to Siliguri if not local - Knowledge of local aviation regulations and standards is an advantage Why Join Us - Opportunity to shape the next generation of aviation professionals - Supportive and dynamic work environment focused on growth and development Regards Team HR Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 8 942 89 - 39 966 52 per month Schedule Day shift Education Diploma Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred Aviation 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
