**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Public Relations & Brand Management**
- To Approach Potential Guest and to invite them for Podcast.
- To Schedule podcast and to overlook host Schedule.
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the channel’s reputation and visibility.
- Maintain a positive public image and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and respond to press inquiries, interviews, and media requests.
- Write press releases, media kits, and promotional content.

**2. Media & Influencer Relations**
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand the channel’s reach.
- Identify PR opportunities such as interviews, guest appearances, and media features.

**3. Community Engagement & Crisis Management**
- Monitor audience feedback, social media discussions, and public sentiment.
- Address negative publicity and develop crisis communication strategies.
- Engage with the audience through comments, live chats, and Q&A sessions.

**4. Content Promotion & Collaborations**
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote video releases and channel milestones.
- Work with the content team to align PR efforts with video content strategy.
- Develop partnerships with brands and sponsors for promotional opportunities.

**5. Event Planning & Public Appearances**
- Organize virtual and live events, such as meet-and-greets, press conferences, and fan interactions.
- Arrange interviews, speaking engagements, and collaborations for the channel’s creators.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Any Graduate /Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Preferably
- Proven experience in PR, media relations, or digital marketing (preferably in YouTube or social media).
- Strong writing, communication, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and YouTube analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis communication effectively.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital content and audience engagement.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working with YouTube creators, social media personalities, or digital brands.
- Strong connections in the media, entertainment, or influencer marketing industry.
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO, algorithm trends, and content monetization.
