5 Years Experience in Gulf Project
- Should possess 6+ years’ experience in BIM Modeling
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the creation of Architectural and Interior Design (ID) models in accordance with project requirements and objectives.
- Manage the BIM process for Architecture and ID projects, ensuring efficient collaboration among team members.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them in their daily tasks related to BIM modeling.
- Assist in maintaining high-quality standards for work, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve modeling processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues, contributing to the overall success of projects.
- Participate in strategic decision-making processes, offering valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced BIM expertise.
- Document project files thoroughly to ensure clarity and organization for future reference.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
