**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing and growing Mandita BIM’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), focusing on engaging with industry professionals and stakeholders.
- **Content Creation**: Develop content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and case studies that highlight our innovative BIM solutions and successful project outcomes.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads to promote our services and generate leads.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Facebook Ads Manager to optimize efforts.
- **Industry Research**: Stay updated on trends in BIM, VDC, and the construction technology space to identify opportunities for content creation and digital marketing initiatives.
- **Client Engagement**: Interact with followers and engage with potential clients by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with the content, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies and deliver cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (internships or freelance experience in similar fields is welcomed).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
- **Industry Knowledge**: Interest in or knowledge of the construction, design, or technology sectors, with a willingness to learn about BIM and VDC services.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.
- **Analytical Skills**: Basic understanding of how to monitor digital campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
