As a Production Officer in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for executing production plans, monitoring processes, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the manufacturing processes for tablets, capsules, liquids, or other pharmaceutical dosage forms.
- Execute daily production activities as per the approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Monitor production parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure during manufacturing.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records, including logbooks, BMR, and cleaning checklists.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality standards are met at each stage of production.
- Report and address any deviations or non-conformances observed during manufacturing.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Work with senior staff to identify and resolve production-related issues.

**Safety & Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Inspect and report any malfunctioning equipment to the maintenance team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
- **Experience**:
**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
- Basic understanding of GMP, FDA, and WHO regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices (GDP).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes.

**Additional Information**:
